Recife

Cabo Frio is a very beautiful, has many beautiful beaches. But it is very full, and many burglaries occur. I'm love so much this place. :D
Cabo Frio have some beaches, the main beache is the "Praia do Forte".

Skimboard is a exellent sport in beach, you need only balance and one little table ;)

The sport was created in California but every world pratice that sport.

It´s very easy, you running and play the skimboard... remember, you play skimboard in the sand of the beach.

More forward you try take waves but is very difficult...
